Fanta and her brothers and sisters were saved from a difficult situation. Once she experienced the comfort of snuggles, she couldn’t get enough of them.
Patricia Lika, who goes by the Instagram handle @fosterkittensvegas, recently welcomed four kittens into her home in Las Vegas. The little furballs were found abandoned in a box at a local shelter, looking worse for wear and covered in grime.
“They were so skinny and dirty,” Patricia shared. Determined to help them, she gave them a much-needed bath on their first night with her. Once they had full tummies, the kittens snuggled up together in their cozy new bed and drifted off to sleep.
Despite the odds, one of the kittens couldn’t make it. But with Patricia’s unwavering care and numerous sleepless nights, the remaining three kittens started to show signs of improvement. Slowly but surely, they began to thrive under her watchful eye.
Meet Fanta, the adorable tabby kitten who is always up for some snuggles. From a young age, she was the first to explore outside of the cozy nest and the most fearless when it came to asking for food and attention.
“Fanta was always the first one meowing for her bottle. She would climb on top of the bed so I couldn’t miss her,” Patricia shared. “She had a strong voice and was definitely the leader of the pack.”
